  We recently bought an older home and had a heck of a time finding new furnace filters for a 20+ year old furnace!! We measured and found the exact size box filter to replace the old pleated filter system with. They came in 3 business days and fit perfectly. So glad to have a box filter that is super easy to replace.

  Shady Return Policy. I paid $60.87 for 3 humidifier filters, and when asked to return for a refund, they said 'yes you can receive a credit'. I shipped the return via USPS at my expense, but only received a refund of $51.38. When I called and asked why, they stated it was because they took out the original shipping cost they paid FedEx to send to me originally. I tried to explain that this was not on their Return Policy on their website, therefore, how would I know, and also doesn't make sense since I'm being hit by 2 shipping costs when returning. They didn't care and didn't take any actions on making this right. Here's their current return policy as of 12/30/2019: Return Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order. You will need to return the merchandise within six months of the purchase date in its original packaging and original condition along with a copy of your order and a brief description of why you are returning the filter. You will also need to fill out our Product Return Request form. Once we receive your returned product, we will issue a refund back to the credit card you used to purchase the order. Please note, if you received the product you ordered but still wish to return the item, then you are responsible for return shipping.   In short, we've used them multiple times, will use again, and would recommend! Our company has purchased filters from FiltersUSA multiple times for our rooftop units. Website is straight forward, filters come packaged well, prices are right, etc. When I've called with questions, they've either answered or, if I've left a message, they actually call back! Having excellent customer service is awesome to find these days with a quality product to match. Due to covid, my recent order was quite delayed due to supply of raw materials. My only gripe is that I was no proactively informed of the delay. As much as I feel like there should have been communication regarding that, I take it with a grain of salt and chalk it up as growing pains of a company trying to muddle their way through covid, just like we all do in our everyday lives through this time. That said, their prices, selection, and customer service have earned my business.
