I bought furnace half a dozen filters from Filterbuy a couple weeks ago. I liked the quality of their products, price was very fair and competitive. I decided to write this review because I had a more than satisfactory and happy experience. I called their customer service due to a mistake I made in selecting my filter size and  their handling of my case was  beyond my expectations. The customer  service representative was supper professional, friendly and customer focused. I can say they have my business.

I ordered 2 different size filters on Sunday and I received them on Tuesday. Order was accurate and arrived in 2 days with free shipping. This is my 2nd order and I have been extremely impressed with the selection,  quality of the filters, and most of all how quickly I received them. I strongly recommend Filterbuy, I won't be buying filters at hardware stores anymore.

Deceptive produce photos.  Poor customer service. Shop elsewhere.
I ordered the Merv 11 filters that I’ve purchased from Filterbuy in the past.  They are shown white and have been white in the past. I received dirty looking yellowish tan filters.
They were happy to take a return at my expense.
Since they didn’t say the produce is dirty looking tan I think that’s deceptive and they should pay shipping.  They will not.
I can see the return air filters in my home and with this filter they look dirtier on day one than the white look at the end of a month!

I ordered 16x20x1 Merv 13 Platinum filters. I opened the package and pull one of the 6 filters out and replace my old filter. I suddenly notice the size is different! In BOLD LETTERS it clearly states 16x20x1. Under the bold letters in smaller unbold letters it states 15 1/2"x19 1/2" x 3/4". I called the company directly and they mentioned the "actual size" was listed in section 3 of their website. I informed the customer service person it did not fit properly and it is not what I ordered. The customer service rep said I could have a custom order done for $150. and I would need to pay for the return of the other filters. DECEPTIVE MARKETING! The filters are not the size advertised on Amazon. So now I am stuck with 6 filters that do not even fit properly and allow air to go throgh the system without being filtered. THE FILTERS ARE USELESS. I called my credit card company and filed a dispute so they will not get paid!

Update from original post: After emailing customer service several times. I changed my review to1 star. I will never order from them again

Ordered in past. Good filters. Some come a little damaged but good filters. Will Not be ordering again until they find a different delivery method.  FedEx to take 8 days for an 80 mile delivery. I live 80 miles away and going to take 8 days. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered the more expensive, and more effective, MERV13 filters (for health concerns) and was shipped MERV8-rated filters instead. I asked to be refunded the difference in price. I received an initial response asking me to send photos as proof, which I promptly did, but have been ignored since. So I got shorted some cash and, more importantly, I have five filters that fall way short of meeting the respiratory needs of me and my spouse -- bad-faith moves on both accounts, imho.

AWFUL COMPANY - Playing the Pre Shipment delay game on Amazon. Sending fake tracking # info, - Just preshipment - No detail delivery info. Will cancel order & leave negative feedback on all platforms I can find - Amazon, Google, Facebook, etc.

Ordered a filter and simply asked a question to customer support about sizing and they canceled my order and refused to send the filter no matter what.  DO NOT SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

I have ordered from Filter Buy for years and have always had good service, but all good things come to an end.  I ordered 6 filters on my last order and I received only 2.  The shipping information on my computer stated the package weighed 11 lbs but the box I received only showed 6 lbs.  I called to report the shortage and the customer rep. really seemed as though she could care less.  Really short, and rude.  I will not order from them again!

We’ve ordered from Filter Buy before without issues but this last time will be the last order. We ordered the three different sized filters needed for our home in February, order was filled in March. Two of the sizes arrived in different boxes on different days. No sign of the third size.
Then an email comes in claiming the order was completed so I fire back that we’re missing part of the order ( about $100 worth of filters). I’m assured in a reply this will be quickly fixed.
New box arrives - completely different size filters that were not on the list. More email back and forth, assuring I’ll get my order.
Weeks later no box so I send more email asking what’s going on. More assurances that they will ship ASAP.
Another box arrives, now in May, with a size filter from our list but not the one missing. More email asking for a refund, now they wanted pictures to prove I got the wrong filters. Sent pictures and did get a refund.
I’m not sure how anyone gets the right order if 4 months go by and they can’t ship the right things after several chances to get it right.
I would have done one star if the refund had not been so quick - thankfully I used PayPal.
I can’t recommend unless they completely fix the ordering process - can’t blame COVID for not reading an order correctly 3 times.
