These guys wanted to charge me 10k to replace a HVAC unit I have in my studio downtown NYC. Tech came out and was super great, very helpful and informative. Told me my ‘shelf’ the box that hold the unit was fine and didn’t need replacing. Originally was quoted 3k, continent upon site review. I requested a unit with wifi capabilities. However after going back and forth a few times, never speaking to an engineer, I was left to deal with a sales guy. Who really was unhelpful and rather off putting. By the end of our convo it was rather hostile and rude. I never got specs on what the 10k would cover other than saying my shelf needed to be replaced. Totally unprofessional on the sales guys part. Would not recommend.

One of the AC units stopped working in my apartment. I called Figlia. I authorized a $215 for the visit. The Figlia technician was not able to make a diagnosis on-site but offered to replace my 3-year old unit for $2,500 with one that happened to have in his van or to take the unit to the shop for repairs. I chose the repairs. They made a diagnosis after a week but could not get the parts for another 3 weeks and also couldn’t give me a quote. I asked them to put the unit back in the apartment as I found another company could do the repairs in 10 days for a reasonable price. Figlia charged me another $215 just to put the unit back in! I was charged the second $215 without my authorization. So i have now paid $430 for them to basically do nothing

I reached out to them to get my window AC unit installed. They had a quick response time to my email, however, they quoted me $395 + tax just for installation, which did include brackets, plexiglass, & COI. This seemed a bit insane of an amount, as I was able to have it installed by another company (that does work on weekends) with all the same things included for $150. For this reason, I don't feel that they provide potential customers with a value.
