Would give 0 stars if I could. Both ladies in the front said their “universal” starter relay would work on my mini fridge. Even took them the broken part I needed and they assured me theirs would work. It did not. In fact, it actually caused the prongs of the cord of the fridge to burn up so I’m left with no fridge.

This same part from houston next day shipping $24.99 this appliance store was charging me $129.99 and did not have it in stock will have it in three days for the water pump do not recommend do your research before you buy here

Disappointed in there return policy. I bought a part and didn’t really check on the connection points. I was told of their no return policy but I had old part with me and I feel that they work with these products day after day and should be able to pick the difference right away and advise the customer. I got home 10 minutes later and immediately noticed the difference and called right away. I was told that it was up to me to pick the right part. In my opinion, just terrible business practice but never will go there again. In fairness, they were very courteous.

Poor customer service. After getting help with a certain part needed, it turned out to be the wrong part recommended. Realized immediately upon getting home and without even opening package that it was the wrong item turned right around and attempted to exchange. They absolutely refused to exchanged the item that with their supposed expertise they said was what I needed.

I called looking for a part for my washer machine and I spoke with a  lady by the name of Mari and she quoted me  a price of $22.00 tax not included she put the part on hold for me with my name and I was to pick it up that same evening I became ill and a few days went by so I asked my father to call her so he could go and purchase it for me. My dad called and when he did they quoted him $30.00 tax not included and so I had to call and ask why the lady I spoke with Mrs Salas stated that she had to investigate and call me back as to what Mari quoted  me. I asked her why they would change their prices just like that she said that they can do that just like and her exact words were...( we can do that just like Lowe's and Home Depot do.) I got upset and asked to speak with a manager she hung up on me I called back and  there was no answer.  I called from another phone number and when she answered I politely asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and Mrs Salas stated that there was no one there but her and so I repeated her words confirming that no supervisor/manager was available she said no they are on vacation so I was honest with her and told her that I was calling back in reference to my washer part  and would like the issue resolved and that she did not have to hang up on me. She in turn justified it and said yes she did because when someone is  being mean and rude she can hang up. I do not understand I was upset but I was not mean or rude she just hung up on me again. WOW  it seriously is sad how some people and places never get tired of taking. A $7-10 dollar difference may not be a big deal to some people but to single parents like myself it does matter and what makes it worse is if they did this with me how many others have they done this to and  how many of them have actually purchased the hiked up priced item out of necessity it is sad when your local stores use their advantage over others and  pilfer all they can. And another bad part about this is  I was never even given the chance to be an actual customer because of this and because I confronted the lie they refuse to even answer my calls so the only reason you see 1 star  is because I cannot leave a review without rating this business.

I Repeated what I needed multiple times and put it in different wording and phrases so that the lady would know exactly what I needed. I ended up with a heating element thermostat and a part that doesn't even go to my dryer for almost $30.00. Then they have the audacity to try and sell me the correct part for $40.00 and that they can do $10.00 off but it wouldn't be in stock for 3-5 business days! Do yourself The favor, do the research, buy the part online for half of their price.
