This location will only sell to "licensed contractors", even if it is only a capacitor needed on your heat pump when it is 30 degrees outside and 50 inside.

We do have a policy in place that if you are not a licensed contractor there is no return on electrical parts, but we do allow purchases and apologize for the miscommunication surrounding your heat pump capacitor needs. My 2003 trane air handler blower motor went out and I decided to replace it myself. Brought my old motor and capcitor over to ferguson and the guys there were real helpful in finding me a replacement they had in stock. The man also helped explain how to rewire the replacement motor....properly. $110 bucks was a good price for a new motor and capacitor..... taking my time I got A/C again....thanks guys will be back again for my HVAC needs.
