Waited at the counter for 10 minutes which was totally not busy while the counter folks talked about their weekend. Walked out, thanks for nothing!

This deserves a 0 star rating!!! Employees of this hvac location are rude and were unhelpful. They didn’t offer to help me when I walked in the store and just stared when I walked into the store. I was sent from NASA Goddard to pick up a product that we were told this location had. This product was supposed to be pre-paid for by our resource analyst. When I got there and approached the staring personnel and initiated the coversation with one of the individuals that were obviously not busy doing anything else. I explained to him the product I was picking up and that it was supposed to be pulled for us to pick up. He grabs the stuff off the table behind me saying this is what you want but it’s not paid for. I showed him the email I received gave him bin numbers and the name of our resource analyst and he said it wasn’t paid for and continued to tell me we don’t have an account with them that it’s impossible for it to be pre-paid for. Even without an account he was willing to take a credit card payment from my management over the phone so there is no reason they could not have taken payment from our resource analyst and set the product aside. I felt like all these individuals wanted were to get me out of their store and I did not feel welcome there. Looking at the product he gave me while trying to sort this all out I ended up leaving empty handed because the product he gave me Airseal Zero was not what we called about. We called about Airseal 22 which is not the same product! NASA will not be doing business with Ferguson and all others outside of NASA my team and I encounter I will encourage they take their business elsewhere.
