  Workers are arrogant. Think they are better than you. Didn’t want to help. Looked sad someone came in the door interrupting their TV time. Then Try to be “smart” about material, like they know eveything. Need to find another job I wouldn’t Hire them. I will never come back an tell everyone worst hvac supply in SC!

  Very discussed. Two difference sales associates, on two different occasions, have show no interest in helping find replacement/new products! And the products I'm referring too, were bought at this Ferguson. Their loss, I have taken my business to a company that spent the better half of a day helping me. Didn't know me from Adam! With that said, I'll be happy to refer anyone who has had this same experience to a very customer friendly business.

  I just went by to purchase a capicator for my unit and the front desk asked me who I worked for and if I had a license... ....thanks for nothing ...the other guy let me know that I needed to know the voltage and that it could burn up if I didn't get the right size. Thanks to this guy for the info but I'll never go there again......"New HVAC student" If a business or an eletrical license is required you guys should have a sign that clearly state that. Some how I don't think those are required to purchase products from this or any other parts store. By the way I purchased 4 capacitors from another parts store without any problems.......8/28/2020 update....i just had a great experience there today so I'd like to retract my previous review...Thanks guys
