Lovely showroom. I got bathroom shower set for a big price, didn't want PLASTIC w/nickel patina. Bummer! Shower parts arrived, they are mostly PLASTIC!

Beautiful showroom, first class customer service. Installation crew fast, friendly, and professional. A real step up from the dread that comes along with delivery and installation from local big box stores.

We were forced to use Ferguson’s as a result of our builder and it was and has been a nightmare (we are still waiting on items). Unresponsive employees (Steve Merritt) and a lack of communication are the name of the game with them.  Do yourself a favor and find someone else - they are likely cheaper, more responsive and value customer service.  Buyers Beware!

Hannah at Ferguson's is sharp and knows her field. We are building a house and she is helping us with our plumbing selections. I would recommend her in a heartbeat as she knows all the parts we will need for installation of various fixtures in the home.

Bought a $1,600 beer refrigerator for my husband's birthday in October. Didn't work since the day it was delivered. Now December, still sitting in the middle of my living room not working. I want to return it, but Ferguson said I needed to get it serviced first. Serviced already? It's brand new. Problem is, they can't get anyone out here to service it. I want to return this purchase and I can't. I would NEVER shop here again.
