  I went in this morning(Saturday morning at 9:45) to get 1 item. There was 1 person behind the desk helping 2 guys. I stood near the counter for about 15 minutes waiting patiently. No one acknowledged I was there, or said anything about 'someone will be with you soon' or anything like that. Another 10 minutes went by while the same people couldn't seem to get things done. Still I was ignored. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I finally left.

  We have been battling an issue with defunct stovetop gas range for four months. The appliance was not made with stainless steel, but instead faulty aluminum. Ferguson has been promising to have service department to reach out, but to date-no communication. It’s almos
