  We have used Felkers for a number of years on our rentals homes. They are fast, reliable and above all honest. I've referred Felker's to dozens of people and have never heard a negative comment.

  I had a Rheem AC unit installed by Felkers and I couldn't be happier. The unit is awesome and the people I dealt with were the greatest. They were friendly, honest, prompt, courteous hard workers. The price was at or below anyone else on the market. i would highly recommend them and the products they carry and service. good job guys keep up the good work

  Great company! Had problems with my AC and called another company to come take a look. The tech claimed everything was taken care of but 2 days later had problems. Received a recommendation to call Felkers Cooling and Heating. Rocky returned my call very promptly and was very accommodating about getting someone out at a time that was convenient for me. Craig came out and took care of some things over looked by the other company. Not much work involved so he didn't even charge me. Not long after he left the unit was acting up again. He came right back out after already being at home for the evening. No charge again! The AC unit was acting pretty erratic and Craig felt he knew what would solve the issue. But just in case he offered to come and do the work and I would only pay if the problem was solved. If the problem didn't go away they would get right back out to keep trouble shooting. Very professional and courteous, prompt to return calls, willing to work around your schedule. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of for being clueless about HVAC issues. Highly recommend you call Rocky and Craig if you are having AC issues.
