Jim came out to my house and installed a rusted gas line with no shut off valve, flex pipe with no valve’s and frame a half wall that was not secure and told me and my husband that once drywall get installed it will be secure.Jennifer is very unprofessional never call back Jim is not a top notch plumber he’s unprofessional I call to report this company to the city since they want to play and not do their job correctly what they get paid for. Stay away from this plumber company they do very poor work and don’t like to finish their job but charging top price.

We got stuck with this company through Choice home warranty. They came out on Monday, 11/16/20. I called the following Friday and Jennifer said she was about to check on the claim and get back to me. I followed up the following Monday and she again said she was about to check on it. I never heard back. I called Choice a little later that day and they said they hadn't received a claim so I asked Choice to deal with Fast Lane. I talked to Jennifer again the next Friday. She said they ordered the part and would call me back after checking on the status. I never heard from her. We are now starting over with a new contractor. After reading these reviews, it's pretty obvious Jennifer had some friends write them. I don't know many people who can name the person answering the phone for a business and the technicians. Most of the positive reviews name at least one person. The bottom line is you should avoid this company. I gave them a month and got nowhere. Now, we have mold in our washing machine and we've been spending a lot at the laundromat. It would be great if she would just do her job and/or stop accepting orders the company can't handle in a timely manner. Response: The reason I left a review is because you didn't do what you said you were going to do, which delayed the whole process. You only called us once to set up the appointment. You told me you were just about to check on the status of our claim and would call me back when I called to check on it. When I followed up, you again said you would do the same. It doesn't matter whether you failed to submit the claim or if choice messed up. You didn't do what you said you were going to do, which delayed everything at least a week. If you had checked on a claim you supposedly submitted in a timely manner, you would've known choice said they hadn't received it.

Good Afternoon Mr. Fox. After coming out to your house on the 16th of November we submitted the diagnosis stating that the drain pump/discharge pump needed to be replaced. Choice was concerned that it was manufactured on 4-2019 and that the pump had already failed. Explained that it was possible and that the manufacture warranty was only for one year so it had already expired. After going back and forth the approval was finally given on 11-30-20, it was received around noon that day from Choice. We ordered the part that day and was advised a few days later that it was currently out of stock but it would be shipped as soon as it was back in stock. The common excuse we were getting at that time was the delay was due to covid, shipping issues and holidays. Checked on it December 10th but it was still not in. Advised it would be at least another week. Updated Choice and then the part was received after the holidays but we were told that the claim was reassigned at the homeowners request. The claim would have been completed in a timely matter but as a result of the holidays, delay from your home warranty and the lack of availability of your part it was not able to be completed any sooner. All of this being out of our control and our hands being tied resulted in disappointment on all ends. Normally as soon as we get approval, we order the parts and usually are able to get the job completed within a weeks time. As far as your comments about having friends submit reviews, that is not something we would do. These reviews are all from customers that we have worked with. Hopefully you can understand the situation that surrounded your claim and now have a better outlook. We would be happy to work with you in the future and I'm sure that you would be satisfied with the outcome.

Great neighbors and excellent to work with as professionals, as well. We had three other HVAC companies come to give us an estimate for a new system. Jim came to do the same when he saw that our low voltage line was broken. Instead of a new system, he made a comparatively minor repair and saved us *thousands* of dollars. Even came out the next day to secure our thermostat to the wall at no charge (which we poorly installed ourselves). When this system dies, I know who we are calling. Good, honest, hard working, and fun people! Thanks Jim and Jennifer!
