  Came to look at the washer and said it was the struts that needed replacing. Called 3 business days later and they have the parts in. Told me they would come the next day to do the repair. Maybe 30 minutes after this phone call I get another call from the warranty company stating that since they didn’t hear the noise that the washer was making that they were not coming out. When we bought this washer we paid over an extra $100 for extra warranty giving us a total of 4 years warranty. I have had this washer for 2years. I think I would know when the washer is making a funny noise. The warranty guy said the case is closed. It is not. The lady and gentleman that came out from Fast and Friendly appliance repair were not very nice because when I called the washer was making the noise while I was on the phone with her. So I will not be using this company anymore nor will I be buying another extended warranty. No use because they don’t fix it.

  Linda was very nice! She got me the right parts for my dryer after getting taken for a ride on our purchase of the used set, that only worked a week. I happened to be in the area on a Saturday, and she returned my call swiftly and I was able to pick up the parts from her. Very knowledgeable and friendly! Definitely recommend!

  I called for a simple part pricing. The lady who answered was rude, and cut me off several times. I tried explaining I wasn't going to pay $60 for a $5 part and she continued to raise her tone towards me and tell me "I know what you're talking about and you're wrong. Unless you are mentally inclined, then you can't fix this." I indeed was NOT wrong. My business went to Highland TV & Appliance. And what do ya know, my $5 fix has my washer running like new again. I wouldn't recommend this company to the mice in the fields!!! Definitely doesn't even deserve 1 star.
