I have used Farr Plumbing for several homes I have owned since moving to Show Low in 2006. Collin and his son Quince are honest and very knowledgeable. I have used them for everything to do with plumbing including helping me locate sewer and water lines before a construction project. I highly recommend them.

We began our attempted installation with Farrs plumbing 5 months ago. His office staff is friendly but can not answer any questions. Collin is the plumber and the only person who can answer any questions and his average phone return time was 3-4 days. After four months of narrowing down what system we wanted and giving him the specifics part numbers for the filter system, the on demand system and the drain, he told us he would order them and call us when they came in, in about 2 weeks. This was a conversation my husband and I both had over speaker phine with him. Now, 3 weeks later I called the office, "Collin will return your phone call" and when he did, he had NO recollection of the conversation for the system we agreed on with the filter, on demand system and what we wanted or needed. He then claimed today that he has had the parts all along! And claimed the problem was we hadnt told him what we wanted. And then when none of that worked, he claimed it was because we didnt have the drainage ditch dug (which was dug 6 weeks ago when we rented the ditch witch) for our drains for our gutters and the new garage we had built (in shorter time than him installing a new water system). The problem is clear. They have no system other than Collins memory (no. We dodnt have an acct in a computer system for his admin to look us up) Collin doesnt write things down and instead of admitting that he has a poor tracking system, he tried to blame us for not telling him the specifics and then for not digging a ditch..... 5 months of waiting on him only to be treated poorly on the phone and blamed for his huge business inadequacies.
