  If it were an option to give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company was hired to install a new HVAC unit prior to the purchase of our home. During our final inspection (after the installation), there were major issues noted with the installation (including several code violations). We attempted to contact them several times, with minimal response. The owner then began to deny ever installing the unit, despite us having a receipt on the company letterhead stating as much. They were completely unprofessional each time we spoke to them. After several months with no meaningful attempts to come & make corrections or repairs, we contacted an inspector for the city, who informed us that a permit was never obtained prior to the job being completed. We again asked for the repairs to be made & a permit obtained. Almost a full year later, we finally went to small claims court attempting to get our money back so that we could have the system replaced and properly installed. Despite being awarded a judgment in our favor, we have yet to receive a penny back and are out several thousand dollars on the work we paid for. We have shelled out an additional 7k for a new unit & multiple repairs that have had to be made as a result of the poor work done by this company. From reading other reviews, it seems we are not the only ones to have had this kind of experience. Save yourself the headache and find someone else.

  Mike and his crew were professional and provide great service. We had our air conditioner fail and they came out on a Sunday to see if they could fix the unit. After a quick check they informed me that the unit could not be repaired. So they quoted me a price and said they could be out the next day to install. I said ok and they showed up and in 3 1/2 hours I had a new unit and it has been working great ever since it was installed. The installation job was very professional and they made sure they clean up after they were completed. I will be recommending FANN Heating & Cooling to all my friends, and have done so already.

  Contacted for emergency repair. They responded super quick and was at my home in less than 30 min. Very polite and professional. Even attempted to get my replacement parts on warranty. Price including parts were more than fair. Would recommend to anyone with heating and cooling projects/repairs.
