From the moment El answered the phone I was treated with respect. Her calm voice gave me confidence that my problem would be solved. She asked me if I had checked the batteries in my thermostat to see if that was why my furnace turned off during the night. After ruling that out she wrote a service order and the serviceman Tim, was efficient and took care of the problem. I appreciate his taking the time to explain his process to me as my knowledge of gas heating is very limited. Communication and professionalism is assured at Fancher Appliances.

Just bought a house and need my appliances hooked up. Basically needed water ran to a fridge, dish washer and sink hooked up. Took me 2 weeks and them to reschedule once to get them to come look at the job. A week later they called said it would be a grand to do and couldn’t do it for 2 weeks… i went to another plumber and was charged $300 fir the same job and was done that week. It took 1 hour for him to do it. They were rude to me while they walked through. Wouldn’t suggest them to anyone Yeah, I'm not here to throw anyone under the bus and honestly don't know their name. But they did know I was moving into the home by the end of the month. I do understand that heating issues right now are the most important thing but if I waited for your company to hook up my plumbing i wouldn't have had running water for the first 12 days living in my home. We were told we would get a call within 2 days for the estimate. We never got the call back so we had to call. Then we we were told the wait time and price we said we can't wait that long and had to figure out somewhere else to go we got the response of "Ok" and hung up. It just was not a professional interaction throughout the who process. The only person that was helpful was the woman we initially talked to when we first called. I appreciate you reaching back out but I do stand by this review.

Kyle, thank you for letting us know you had a bad experience. We certainly understand your frustration. We strive to take care of all our customers, and would like to know who you spoke with for the estimate. Unfortunately with the cold weather and a large influx of families with no heat our staff is stretched very thin. As far as scheduling we always prioritize customers with no heat, as a result some non essential jobs may be rescheduled.

Honest and fair, furnace was on its last legs and Fancher's did the job right, and wasn't there to gouge us. 5 Stars, would gladly do business again, Big Thumbs Up!!!👍
