  Extremely horrible at communicating. The couple that owns it do not communicate with each other. They do not return phone calls. It took 2-3 months for a 5 minutes toilet repair because the lady kept forgetting. We will not have showers in our home when we move in due to their horrible communication. Not professional at all, I even called the day before asking about getting the showers and when I called the next day saying we’ll come get them she said she will be leaving on vacation and we won’t be able to come pick them up, she could have mentioned that the day before.

  Absolutely incredible people at Iowa mobile homes and service. The people here will take the time to listen to your issues and give you an honest answer on what needs to be fixed, how long it will take and costs without the unnecessary confusing jargon. Highly recommended as this company is the best at what they do and are incredibly professionally and the service is top quality in everything they do. Couldn't be more grateful for such a great company.
