These people did a very professional job. The team functioned great together. Paul and Stephen are quality people who do quality work. They are welcome at my house anytime. Very satisfied with everything they did for me. The new carrier furnace works great. Warmest my old bottom has been in years. I appreciate you guys. Job well done! Thank you very much!

I've been a loyal customer, trusting Family Heating, Cooling & Electrical for nearly two decades. Every aspect of their business continues to remain respectful, reasonable and professional. My recent service appointment was no exception. Ron arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation. Furthermore, he explained, in detail, what was needed to resolve my issue. With every procedure came another detailed account. Not once did I have to "wonder why" or question his motives. Finally, Ron discussed all possible options in which to maximize future furnace operations. Ron has a wealth of knowledge; he was a joy to talk to. Adam installed our furnace and air conditioner. He was very kind. His helpers were Patrick and Andre. What a great team. They worked so well together. Adam walked us through the new thermostat with our smart phones. We also got a new air conditioner system. We would highly recommend Family Heating and cooling to anyone thinking of a new heating and cooling system. You won't be disappointed at the price. We got three estimates and they were the best for what we got. Very honest on what we needed to have replaced and the extras that we needed. They went way over and above with the extras they did for us at no charge.
