I don't generally post reviews but have had such positive experiences with the hvac techs at Family Air that I just had to post a review. I own a home inspection business and use Family Air for my personal home. Their techs are always honest and their company always charges a fair price. Gerardo came to my home yesterday for the $89 tune up. He was at my home for almost two hours and showed me that the capacitor on my blower motor was needing replacement. He went through every component of my system and even left me with some complimentary passes to attend a local event. I can't say enough about their customer service from scheduling call to maintenance techs and would highly recommend their services for anyone looking to get great service at a more than fair price.

We are very happy with the service we received from the Family Air Cooling and Heating company. They kept us informed by email and phone who the service tech was and when he would arrive at our home. The estimate of service was spot on, and our service tech was very friendly and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. If you are looking for honest service and great customer care, give them a call.

Bought a brand new Rheem unit from them in 2018 when my 25 year old unit broke down. They are hands down the best company in town. Honest, transparent, and they perform great work efficiently. just recently I had an issue with my unit where it just didn’t seem “cold” enough. They came out in less than a business week and stayed until they found out it needed a few new parts. Parts were under warranty so I pay nothing for them, I’m just paying for labor- which is 100% fair. thanks so much Family Air you all have helped me and my 3 fluffy dogs a ton over the past 3 years.
