Falmouth Energy has been in business for many decades, my family with multi generations living in Falmouth have been customers of this company. Over the years, there have been name changes and additional services, choices offers for your heating and cooling. The service has consistently been excellent. They are professional, reliable and have invested in their company over the years to better service their clients. The office staff is also responsive and very helpful. I use them for oil delivery and service to my heating system. They also upgraded my heating system several years ago and I was very happy with their guidance and the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We have been year round residents for 30+ years. Many years ago we tried to buy a maintenance contract from the oil company we were with at that time. They said NO and the reason was because we didn’t buy enough oil. We heat with oil and supplement with a small wood stove in our small house. We then found Falmouth (Coal) Energy and couldn’t be happier. What a GREAT local company to do business with, and we do have a maintenance contract too!

Phenomenal staff members and company. Always there when we need them. They are very proactive in making sure our system is running well and that we always have oil. Have been with them so long they know better than we how much oil we need. Highly recommended.
