  Was a patient of Dr. Weber, the visiting neurologist this past year. I was pleased with the care I had while I had her (about 6 months). She had a family emergency and had to leave the clinic and remain in Kearney, NE. Totally understandable. What isn’t is that I, a Parkinson’s patient, was not told about this, and I eventually found out in March that she had left in October. I left three different messages with the Clinic from January to March, and only when I started calling around did I ever get a response from the clinic manager. I had to get my family provider to call in my PD meds, which was like pulling teeth in itself, and she only gave me enough refills through the end of May (we’re moving to Iowa in June). I have no neurologist at this point to refer me to a PD doctor in Iowa, and even though the clinic manager did offer me a referral from their Chief Medical Officer, I decided to just make a trip to Iowa City in May to get established for when we move for an easy referral within the UI system. Given my recent experience with the clinic, I didn’t trust them to do what they said they would do. I hate giving a bad review of anywhere, but the idea that a 37 year old with Parkinson’s calls and leaves messages three times for information/refills and only gets a response on the first day of April, and the clinic didn’t even send an email or letter that my neurologist was gone or out indefinitely? Or when I spoke to your front desk they barely acted like they knew who the neurologist was, and then the nurse doesn’t return my messages? Come on, guys. Do better. People like me have enough on our plates without having to jump through flaming hoops.

  I was in such extremely bad pain. Dr. Webb was amazing today and got me the help that I needed right away. He was compassionate and very respectful. Would never recommend another facility. If you live in or around Hot Springs I highly recommend!

  No good. Took our baby there because of a fever that wouldn't go away with Tylenol or Ibuprofen. They were critical and unhelpful and said she probably was fine but they were going to give us an antibiotic just to make us feel better, not because she needed it. Our baby was crying and the nurse practitioner said "Wow, she is in a lot of pain." That's exactly why we drove over an hour to get help. .. not to be made felt like we were stupid. Very unprofessional.
