  We had a furnace emergency (refused to power on longer than a few minutes at a time, threw a code) just as the temperatures dropped significantly. We called around, and the soonest anyone could stop by was late next week. With 20° temperatures approaching, that was too long of a wait. I spoke to Mary, who was immediately responsive and sympathetic, and called their fleet immediately to see if they could squeeze us in, which they did within a couple of hours! Gary was amazing—fast, professional, and knowledgeable, and he diagnosed the issue quickly, went to town to get a replacement part, and installed it all within a couple of hours! They were lifesavers, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

  These guys are the real deal. Family run shop that had the lowest quote and offered more than the other guys were offering. Very satisfied. Worst part about them is I keep getting them confused with falcon plumbing and heating… totally different company.
