  Tex came out and gave me a fair price and knowledge of my issue. He didn’t try to sale me in fact recommended I get more estimates before making a selection. Really great guy, they showed up a few minutes before the 2 hour timeline they projected and all of the workers were professional and courteous during their time overdoing work. I must add my 3 yr old son let Tex pick him up he doesn’t let anyone pick him up, so just a great vibe from the man. When scheduling I spoke with Tex’s daughter whom he I saw in his family photo that he showed me, just felt like I knew them. Glad I chose the locally owned business will be going to then with any needs in the future and they will be my first recommendation to anyone that has any HVAC issues. Thank you all.

  Repeat customer I was recommended Faithful comfort by another of their customers. I had them install a new heating and a/c unit for me. I was so pleased that when I moved and the new house needed the heat and air updated, there was no doubt who I would use for my new house. Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Great company, they treat you like family, I highly recommend!

  I have had several issues with an aging HVAC unit over the past year and faithful comfort has helped me every step of the way…and it goes way beyond their service. Each of the technicians I’ve worked with has gone out of their way to effectively communicate the issues and educate me on what causes them to help me understand why I was having an issue and how I might be able to avoid it in the future. After having heating issues this winter and AC issues in the summer, they recommended getting a whole new system which was expensive but necessary to stop having leaks or system failures at the worst times of the year. They quoted me for the system and gave me several options for financing before promptly coming out to install. Our air handling unit is in an understandably odd place compared to most others (our attic) and we experienced some leaking through our ceiling (which we also experienced with our old unit) so we called them out to fix it. This happened twice and BOTH times they came out within an hour of calling and they fixed the issue free of charge. After explaining the problem to me, it was apparent that it was not caused by lack of skill but simply a result of installing the unit in an attic that was slightly un-level that was causing fluid to pool up and leak out. They were able to make some modifications to fix the problem without issue. Overall, they have been great to work with, cordial on the phone, prompt in their arrival, and gone above and beyond every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
