  Alex Vela was the tech for this job. We had several issues with our furnace that needed replaced. He was very responsive, took the time to answer my questions, and got the work done as quickly as possible. I appreciate his professionalism and great customer service. I highly recommend him and this company.

  The service tech Alex came to my moms house and did an awesome job. Her furnace wasn't working, and he ended up thoroughly explaining to my mom what was wrong and how he ended up fixing it. He was very polite and professional. Definitely would recommend Alex and Fahnestock!!!

  The tech's were on time ready to work, they explained what they were going to do and the installation went well. Everything looks and works great. I'm happy with the performance of My new system and am amazed how quiet it is. I have no regrets and highly recommend Fahnestock to anyone needing a furnace or air conditioner.
