  Lance was my technician that fixed my A/C. He was great! Very polite, professional, and very helpful. The rest of the staff at comfort time were also very courteous and helpful on the phone when I was scheduling for someone to come to my home. Would highly recommend Faciliserve Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone!

  We had our heating and air system replaced when my husband and I bought our house and have had Richard’s come out for routine maintenance since. We’ve had a great experience each time with the technicians being on time, professional, friendly, and willing to explain what is happening with our system so that we can understand! We can’t recommend this company enough!
