  When searching for central air conditioning I came across information about a ductless air conditioning / heating system. I found f. A. R. Service Company from a colleague of mine. Chris the owner of the company was very personable and knowledgeable about the system I was interested in. I hired Chris to install the system in my home. He was very professional as was the entire crew he brought with him including a plumber and electricians. They were all very friendly courteous and I couldn't praise all of them enough. As for the Daikin ductless system that was installed I have only had it for one week and I am very pleased with the results. I highly suggest using F A.R. Service Company for all of your heating and air conditioning needs.

  I called over the phone to ask a question about installation. He rudely laughed at me, disrespected me and began laughing even harder at the fact I was not able to do it. Horrible professionalism and even worse personally the guy was happy that I was suffering and having trouble. I wouldnt use this company if it was my last option and fortunately I live a few miles away and I'll make sure everyone in town has heard about my experience. Absolutely evil type of mentality from the person on the phone. Probably a reason they have 1 review and its 5 star. Bogus business ethics probably delete any comment that's negative about them. Let's see what the BBB has to say about it.

  This gentleman called with a question on a ductless split system installation that he was doing himself, we explained to him that these systems are not designed for homeowner installation; due to the dangers of brazing and refrigerate charging and should be done by a licensed refrigeration technician. At this point he began to talk over the dispatcher becoming agitated. ( Our dispatcher did not disrespect or laugh at him, all our calls are recorded). We also told him that we do not give installation information over the phone for liability and for the customers safety, he then began to swear and curse which the dispatcher then thanked him for calling and ended the call. Again we value our customers and potential customers safety and would never give installation advice or instructions over the phone.
