  My house has been without AC for exactly one week already and they have sent employees to my house 3 times already. They all said that there were different things wrong with the AC, but have not fixed anything. The heat is unbearable and even though my family and I bought fans it is not enough. They do not take priority in their customers to deliver on time and this is the 4th time in less than a year that I have had issues with my unit.
