  Its the hottest week of the summer and of course our AC goes out. Gave these guys a call and the owner was here literally the same night I called him to assess the damage. He was up front and honest and explained everything so I could understand. He also showed me where the problem was. For context, our AC unit was over 20 years old so we knew this day was coming. I was quoted over 10k and 6k last year. These guys did it for not even close to that. And we had to get a new air handler as well. Long story short, called Extreme on Thursday afternoon from a recommendation, they had to order the air handler parts, and had everything installed by Monday afternoon. Very professional, super nice guys who know what they are doing. I will never go anywhere else. I would gladly give my money to small businesses like this that stand by their work. Great job team! Thanks again for all of your hard work.

  Buyer Beware! We would give them 0 stars if we could. Extreme HVAC is EXTREMELY bad in all aspects of their business. From shoddy work to a complete lack of customer service, it is no surprise that they have been kicked out of a few towns now. We ultimately had to get another HVAC company to fix their mistakes because they would not respond to our issues.

  This is not extreme Heating and Cooling there is another company named extreme HVAC. Extreme heating and cooling has NEVER been " kicked out" of anywhere. This person is confused to say the least

  I have just had my inducer motor replaced, while I was at work (my fiancé had to manage the situation). When I got home and saw what a simple replacement this was (total time was almost exactly an hour, including him having to go buy the part) I was disgusted that I was charged 450$ (he initially wanted 500$). I will never use Extreme H&A again. These guys are EXPENSIVE!

  This customer has been a customer of extreme heating and cooling for many years. We were at the service call within 24 hours I discussed the issue with the customer and gave him a discounted price he approved the job and we had the heat running as fast as possible. I have never had a customer complain that we had their heat fixed to fast! We have done multiple repairs for this customer in the past and have never had any issues.
