  On the coldest day of the winter, with 6 inches of snow on the ground, my furnace stopped working. It was old, but I hoped to make it through this winter. Extreme was the only company I called who said they could come out to my house. Kevin and Nick tried to revive my old furnace, but they couldn't get it to run again. It was old, and the company who make it had stopped making parts for it a few years ago. This was on a Friday, and they couldn't replace my furnace until Monday. They gave me a quote (making sure that the furnace was actually in stock...which can be an issue these days), which was very competitive, and I was able to do the financing over the phone in just a few minutes. They left a space heater with me, so that I could stay in the house over the weekend and the pipes wouldn't freeze. When I called and asked if I could get a second space heater, Keven brought it over in a very short time. On Monday, Tony and Alex arrived to do the installation. They were able to remove the old furnace, install the new one, and have heat in my house in just a few hours, and I couldn't be more thankful. All of the people I dealt with at Extreme were wonderful. Everyone was friendly, knew their job well, and were able to answer any question that I had. The whole process was made less stressful by the people I dealt with. I cannot say enough good things about the people at Extreme, and the work they did for me. I would highly recommend them.

  Extreme Heating & Air was called on Wednesday when my furnace stopped working. Nick (service) promptly arrived an hour later and quickly found the problem. The decision was made to replace the furnace and AC at the same time. Shaun (Comfort Advisor) arrived an hour later and discussed equipment options. I made my selection and Shaun immediately set out designing all the details. Friday the new system was installed by Joey and Brandon who expertly and efficiently replaced the old equipment with the new. They worked non stop to complete the job same day. Much appreciation for the whole team getting heat back to the house on this snowy week!!

  EH&AC replaced my existing heating and air condition system. The process from start to finish was professional. Their bid was competitive and their agent was a delight to work with. The installation was complicated as the ac unit was moved from its previous location which required running coolant lines through a finished ceiling which they did without disturbing the ceiling. In summary - they made a difficult job look easy - the final installation is first class - they left the work space and the home neat and clean. The installation crew was efficient and exceeded my expectations.
