This company was scheduled for HVAC repair and didn’t show. I called the company the person that schedule my originally appt , I said I you scheduled and backtracked to say I rescheduled you the following day . I informed her that no one called to inform.I ask if they had someone to come out today and she replied no .. That I would have to call the home warranty company so I called and switch companies I would not use this company you can find better options out there. If they lie to you doing the appointment setting I’m sure they’ll lie to you once a tech gets to your house about your HVAC horrible customer service

Chris (the service tech) was AMAZING. He went behind another company AHS Home Warranty sent out that incorrectly wired everything in January while replacing the blower motor. Chris was on time, professional, easy to work with and VERY knowledgeable. He fixed everything with ease and ran several tests to make sure that my system was working at 100 percent. This was literally the best HVAC repair I have ever experienced and I asked my home warranty company to always call Express Comfort Heating and Air out in the future. THANK YOU CHRIS - YOU HAVE MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE OUT OF ME WITH YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

This company was assigned to me through AHS to repair my compressor on my air conditioning unit. My air went out in June 2021 and it is now August and I HAVE YET TO GET IT REPAIRED. I have called AHS and this company and nobody seems to have an answer on when the parts will be ordered or when a technician will be scheduled to come do the repairs. I have repeatedly spoke with the manager, Tracy, whom has had zero concern regarding the matter each time I spoke with her. She put false information on my case file which could have potentially delayed the process as well. At this point I’m not sure which company (AHS or Express) is responsible for the hold up regarding my repairs but I will say neither one has had any urgency regarding the situation no matter how many times I have called and complained. I would not recommend EITHER COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES. If i could leave zero stars I would. This is ridiculous. I am forced to go with another company for the safety of my two year old and myself.

I do apologize that there was a delay. There is currently a level of difficulty, unseen before, to get parts and equipment in order to complete repairs and/or replacements. I would like to know what false information was put on the file that would have delayed service, please message us from the notification that you previously received to our dispatching software. With a home warranty we have to follow certain policies and procedures. We received a work order and were out 7/2/21 (Friday) to diagnose. In your case a compressor replacement was needed, we submitted the diagnosis and request for compressor replacement 7/8/21 (Monday) . They then process that request, give approval and order the equipment. That is what transpired in your case. While waiting on your equipment it looks like you spoke to your home warranty about a cash out. That typically pauses the equipment order; I'm not saying that is the case here, but it has been known to happen on previous calls. However, we were notified 7/30/21 that you in fact did take a cash out and the call was closed out by your home warranty. This difficulty to get parts and equipment has hurt us quite a bit, but unfortunately we are forced to wait until it is available to complete repairs. Again, I am sorry that your experience with us was less than perfect.
