  Our experience with Expert Air has been long-standing and extremely satisfactory. We first met Jeff when he had a booth in our subdivision and paid us a call that day. We had previously had another contractor with whom we were not pleased. Jeff impressed us so much with his honesty and integrity that we immediately signed up with Expert to provide our maintenance. A few years later, we needed him again to install a total new system and were very pleased that the cost was exactly what he had quoted a few years before. Could not be happier and we will continue to recommend Expert to everyone we know!

  Jeff and Dee, the owners, are a great team and work hard for their clients. They have given us great guidance regarding a home warranty issue even when that advice meant they would not get the business. As a result, we use them now for our HVAC services. They installed a new furnace in our attic this past Fall and reconfigured a drainage/septic line issue in the process. Their prices are fair and reasonable... and most importantly they are honest. I have been burned more than once by HVAC companies but trust and recommend Expert Air without reservation.

  I needed my 18 year old HVAC system replaced for my downstairs. I talked to a few big name HVAC companies and got quotes, but didn't have a good feeling for any of them. Too much lame sales pitch, leaving out details, awkward negotiations, and giving quotes that state the final price could be higher depending how the install goes. To me that means they do not trust their own quote, so how should I. Very frustrating! Luckily I found Expert Air Team. I spoke directly with the OWNER of the company first off. He came to my house the next day, with one of his installers, at the time he said he would be there. He held to the price we discussed over the phone even though he found a few items that would need to be addressed. His price was competitive to all the others, and he found a better solution for the furnace which actually brought the price down to the lowest price quote I found. His quote states his price is the final price, no matter if something comes up during the install. That statement goes a long way. Jeff showed up the next morning at 9am along with the installer that came for the quote, and a third installer. How often does the owner show up for the labor part? They were done by 2pm. I assume it's not typical that you can talk to the owner of the company over the phone, then they are the one that does the in house quote, much less helps with the install/labor. I honestly didn't expect that. There was no BS with Jeff and his team during this whole process, and that's what I was looking for. The install itself went exactly how I expected. The communication was very good as well, with Dee (Jeff's wife) handling most of that. She was very prompt over the phone and with emails. I wish I'd found Expert Air Team from the beginning to save me the frustration.
