I was very appreciative of Excel when they immediately responded to my call about a boiler issue. It turns out my 1976 boiler needed to be replaced, so I requested estimates from a few companies - the price, type of replacement boiler and timing were the reasons I chose Excel. The installers were excellent, friendly and took the time to explain my new system. Since then the system has needed a few tweaks in terms of re-adjusting the pressure and Excel has been great about sending someone the very next day and honoring their warranty. Special thanks to the installation crew and service techs - super nice and I'm always happy to see them. Please continue to maintain this level of service!

I worked with Jake Condra throughout the experience of installing mini splits in my new home. He was so personable, communicative, and professional. The job was done quickly (much sooner than expected, thank goodness, it was HOT outside with no AC!) and for a more reasonable price than any I could find in the area. Excell installed A/C in my 1900's home in July, 2021.  They worked with our family to find the best solution to fit the house.  They used existing ductwork for the downstairs and mini-splits for the upstairs (giving us upstairs heat for the first time in 20 years!).  They were prompt, would send a text with the pic of the serviceperson prior to anyone's arrival (nice for a family with kids) and, when there was a larger-than-it-should-have-been-hole made in the wall (due to working with old lathe and plaster), they communicated well and made quick arrangements for it to be fixed.  I had no issues and love the A/C!!!  Even their insanely bright colored shirts helped you to know for sure they belonged to the company. :)

My wife and I were very pleased with Excel Heating & Cooling's service this morning.  This visit was our 2nd consecutive positive experience with Excel!  The first visit was for an AC repair this past July 2021 and this current 2nd visit today was for our routine HVAC maintenance service.  Mr. Mezin was the technician that came to our house and made us feel like valued Excel customers.  Mr. Mezin was highly skilled, professional and very polite/courteous.  We very much enjoyed working with him and am very pleased with his work.  We found this company to be very fairly priced for services and all around nice  and easy people to work with. Excel was super professional. The salesman didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary products, but instead offered thoughtful advice that was specific to my house. He clearly cared about making sure that the product he sold us would solve our problems without breaking the bank. Other companies tried to get us to spend 2x the money without asking questions about things like our insulation or where our house has cold and hot spots.

We got our new heat pump a couple weeks ago, and our house has never been more comfortable.

Excel is excellent!  Lisa from the office called my husband to review COVID guidelines and to review the appointment that our landlord had made.  She was very nice and professional.  Jeff was our Comfort Technician.  He communicated with my husband beforehand on when he would arrive and got here on time. He was great!  Jeff was very knowledgeable, hard-working, skilled, and kind.  He wore a mask and diligently did maintenance and cleaning work on our basement interior HVAC unit as well as the exterior condenser unit. He let me know the filter type we'd need for replacement purposes moving forward and also explained very well what he had done.  It's so nice to find a company that is not only experts in their trade, but excellent communicators and are kind people that really care.  I'd recommend Excel to anyone, especially if they send you Jeff!

From the first phone call to job completion, I was super impressed. Everything was communicated along the way, text communication which was super convenient. Jake our sales associate was great. Took his time to explain all the options. The installer where great too! We have old farm house that has a tough crawl and attic space. They did amazing work and super clean. highly recommend!
