Josh showed up in a time my manner. He was so polite. He put on paper shoe covering plus spreading out a mat and cloths to protect my floors. I have to give him 5 stars for his professional behavior. Josh is probably the best service man i have ever used. I would highly recommend Excel and Josh. Like I told him I felt he was a God send. Thank you so much. My fireplace is working great.

Initial phone call sounded promising. Unfortunately, there may have been some miscommunication about a time frame on coming out for repairs. Either way, waiting until the end of the day to say “sorry we get off at 5” probably isn’t the best way to provide customer service and after reading other reviews, it’s probably best that I dodged this company. Didn’t end up mattering though because after a quick YouTube video, I fixed the problem on my unit myself and didn’t have to do business with this company. I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review but the customer service I received here was awful and would leave zero stars if I could.

Josh did a great job in repairing our gas fireplace! He was courteous and professional in working in our house by wearing shoe coverings and being aware of the things we had going on while he was here.
