  I do not like discussing problems or making complaints online as I think it is unfair to everyone involved. I would like to be contacted by the owner of this company. I do not want to be called by anyone but the owner. I think he should know what is going on with his company. I do not want to be called by Alma who works in the office as she is rude. I only want to talk to the owner. Let’s talk live please so much is lost in texting and I do not want to say rude things about your company,

  Professional, well-trained staff shows up prepared to throw some booties on and really diagnose your issues. They don't dive in with sales pitches and doom and gloom diagnostics. They're matter of fact, on time professionals with good training and a consistent mission for customer service. Thank you. Tim was my guy today, but I've had three technicians already and the process and excellence is consistent.

  We were having issues with the 2nd floor not cooling like it should so called Evergreen to inspect the a/c system as well as provide a quote to have the ducts cleaned. After the inspection the technician suggested a solution to the cooling issue but said he would need to discuss with his manager and they would both need to come back out to discuss further and would provide a quote for the duct cleaning at that time. This was on November 11, several weeks went by with no word from them. I reached out to them on December 20th and received a text from Candy within minutes stating she would contact the technician and get back with us. She sent a text the following day stating she was still working on getting quotes for us. That was the last time I heard from Evergreen, I reached out again on December 31st and never received a response from anyone. I guess they did not want our business.

  Melissa - I apologize for this and understand how frustrated you must be. Somehow we completely dropped the ball on your estimates and follow-up on 3 different occasions. My software shows we charged you $75, I will be getting that refunded and sent back to you. Again, I am really sorry we didn’t uphold our customer service expectations, and thank you for letting us know.
