  I called their AC service last Monday and they answered their phone. I preceded to tell them I needed my AC serviced and he said they were very busy, so I assumed I’d be their last call of the day of perhaps the next day. They never called back. I called every day of the week and left messages but never got a response. I even sent a message through their website with no response. I’m surprised for this happening for I had my AC serviced last year by them. So if you’re looking to get your AC service or repaired, go elsewhere.
