  Called them trying to get service he basically said if he Customers keep calling he's going to get them first as if I'm not trying to be a Customer I'm new to the area and he really just lost a potential loyal customer. I'm not sure of his point but that's not how you suppose to run a business but that's OK cuz I don't have to spend my money there

  Contacted this company in regards to possibly fixing an AC unit and they were extremely rude on the phone. No professionalism and customer service at all considering the fact that I am trying to bring them business. Don't waste your time, go to someone more professional. If I could give them 0 stars I would....
