  We have 53 rental units in Richmond, MO. I was referred to Clint Evans by the HVAC company I use I Kearney, MO. Clint is the most reliable HVAC and Plumber I've ever worked with. He is very honest and always gives options to try and save us a buck here and there. I would recommend Clint to anyone.

  Richard (Fuzz) has taken care of our furnace and a.c. needs for 23 years. He's installed several units for us and in the homes of multiple friends and family. He is always prompt, courteous and fair priced. His work is excellent.
