  My wife and I both scheduled HVAC companies for quotes on a replacement unit. Our real estate agent, who helps us buy and sell our rental properties set up this appointment with the Eubanks estimater. He arrived as the other company was leaving. The rep was visibly irritated by seeing another company, while the other company's estimator greated him politely while leaving. He was a very nice, but didn't even look under the house, gave me quotes verbally and left. Again, very nice and respectful, Definitely the main contender for my business. Minutes later, I received a call (missed it) from someone (name starts with Na) who referred to the guy who visited as " his technician". Having no understanding of the situation, he left me a voicemail blustering about how "just plain disrespectful it was to have someone there at the same time they were scheduled.". He then said despite that he "encouraged his customers to shop around", [the 30 seconds of crossed paths] he said "it puts a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be sending over any quotes". He was respectful, but clearly offended and demonstrating very poor judgement. Our real estate refers out to companies hundreds of times per year. Losing business on my rentals along with my home is no big deal for them, but she said (after listening to his VM) that she would never recommend them again. Everybody has a rough day, but a relationship as important as your heating and cooling company can't start off this way. I guess I am glad I learned that there were people like that at the company before actually relying on them to install or service products.

  We have been customers of EMI for quite a few years now. We use their bi-yearly service where they come out and test your unit, clean it and make sure every thing is running properly. For a minimal fee this is a service that helps to keep your unit in tip top shape. Service technicians are knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. Office staff is quick to get you on their schedule and are very pleasant to deal with. Also love the fact that it is a locally owned and operated business that cares about their customers. Highly recommend Patrick Eubanks and his staff.

  I can't speak highly enough about this company. They have given us service above and beyond our expectations. When I recently called because of a problem with my HVAC unit I spoke with Patrick Eubanks and he was able to get a crew out the same day. Ryan and Timothy serviced my system and they were both very knowledgable and friendly. We have now decided to sign up for their Periodic Maintenance program which they offer at a very reasonable price.
