Unprofessional. They canceled scheduled appointment when I propane’s and would not issue refund. Fraud. Do not use them. They will cancel small job for big job and keep money for service they did not preform. Come to bellow is incorrect, I paid $446 and they will refund $65 check. Wth!!!!! Fraud. Avoid them at all cost.

I’m a landlord so I’ve had many opportunities to see Eubanks and how they operate. They’re friendly and give you options so you can chose what fits your budget. Not sure why they’ve got so much negative feedback! I think they might be getting confused by another business.

Stopped by to fix my fridge that wasn’t cooling. Opened the door and said it needed to defrost as the coils were frozen, cost me $85. Cool, easy fix. I let the fridge defrost and a week later it stops cooling again. I opened up the fridge and took off a panel to find a wire came out of the defrost assembly. If the technician actually took the time to look at my refrigerator I could’ve had this fixed and not pay a technician $85 to just open the door and guess. Trash service. Thanks for stealing my money, Eubanks. Now that I found the issue on my own I’ll have to pay another technician to fix the issue that YOUR tech should’ve found.

Sorry for your misunderstanding sir. In a situation where our tech would have to return for an appliance we diagnosed within 30 days of the first initial trip, we run the call as a continuance, meaning you're not paying another service trip. So in the instance that you're refrigerator goes out again, we could have him come back out to your home for no additional fee. We apologize if you're tech wasn't clear on our policy.
