  I called Eric Kell when my A/C stopped cooling. He had a technician at my home within 2 hours of my call and he found the damage to the 50+ year Williamson compressor. It appeared a new A/C system was in order, so I requested an estimate from Eric for a replacement. I called later to find out about the estimate and when we could schedule the new installation. Eric had to finish the job he was on but wanted to stop by afterward to see if he could take a look at the compressor himself and try something else first. He arrived at 8pm, disassembled the unit and figured out a way to bypass the problem. In less than 1 hour, the unit was back together cooling down the house. Given the age of the system, I still wanted an estimate for a new A/C system, so Eric inspected the current system and took detailed measurements, including the duct work. I was extremely impressed with Eric's dedication and expertise. Even though he could have simply sold me a new system, his curiosity about the old Williamson compressor led him to try to an alternative solution. And he got the old system working just before the next heat wave. Eric clearly understands his business and the value of customer service.

  Very good service and is fast. I have been using Eric for years and he always does a great job. Very fireInfo and I would boggling recommend.
