  Met Billy Heckthorn as a result of his advice to Badger Roofing causing the to ruing my Mom's previously working cooler. He is one of the rudest, chauvinistic contractors I have ever met. I worked in construction for several years. If you are female, be prepared tp be dismissed by this chauvinist. You will not get honest answers or never return calls. Save yourself a headache and find someone else.

  They installed our mini split last fall. They did everything they promised, quickly, professionally, and even took the time to explain how the system works and what they were doing. Being able to have a basic understanding of how this works is extremely useful as a homeowner. They were even kind enough to do a little research on a concept I'd heard of (secondary heat for the mini split in below-freezing temperatures) and called me about a week later to tell me what they'd found on the subject. Billy and Matt and their crew really care on a personal level. We are planning to ask them to come service our unit before winter this year, and have them handle all our hvac needs from now on. Excellent work!

  I always thought Billy did a go job on my new construction HVAC install. Several years later I had it serviced only to revealed several serious installation issues. Calls to Billy to resolve the issues went unreturned. Had to spend over a thousand dollars to have them fixed by another company. Disappointed in the workmanship and customer service.
