  I received a call shortly after putting in a repair request with my home warranty company. Crystal was friendly and attentive to our needs and scheduled us for service the next day. Our repair tech was out sick and Crystal called me immediately to keep us informed on what was going on and was able to get us scheduled with another tech a little later in the afternoon. Floyd arrived early, listened to our issue and diagnosed and repaired the problem in under 30 minutes. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issue. We definitely recommend Enviro Mechanical and will be requesting them as our technicians for future issues.

  Tech spent all of 8 minutes for an AC tune up. Never removed a cover on the inside unit or checked Freon levels and then has the audacity to tell me Freon levels are fine. Totally ripped me off!
