  Had them come in to service my gas fireplace insert that was not functioning properly. The service guy (Michael) was obviously not in his first rodeo. Had the issue narrowed down to a couple possibilities within minutes and the problem solved quickly (on a brand they don't sell!). The service charge was very reasonable. A very pleasant experience all around! Would not hesitate to use them for any HVAC needs.

  Our gas heater went out and we called Energy Star. They were booked up but worked us into their schedule. Brandon came out and made the repairs quickly and at a very fair price. Thank you very much Brandon!

  Energy Star Systems is a great company that always has given me excellent value over the years. Mike, the owner, is very customer-friendly - excellent on follow-through and follow-up.
