  Friendly knowledgeable staff. I ordered an entire chimney system for my wood furnace through them. They took the time to talk about what I all needed and without ever even seeing my setup, they got all the parts I needed and at extremely competitive prices. Beat a lot of online prices. I would highly recommend.

  Just called and Ken answered. What a nice! Even though he did not carry my brand of wood stove, he gave me the number of a guy that could repair it. That’s customer service. If I were in the market for a new stove, I’d go to them.
