  Phillip and the Encore team are always professional. Each time that I have called with Air Conditioning problems, they have come out that same day. If the issue could not be resolved on that trip they would make a return trip as quickly as possible and not charge any additional service charge. This makes me extremely happy since I am elderly and on a fixed income. I would recommend Phillip and his entire Encore Mechanical team to anyone in need of Air conditioning service.

  I was in a bind, I scheduled via FB....on a MONDAY.....they came pretty quickly. Great turnaround, great maintenance. Will use again for winter maintenance and when replacing unit.
