If there was a lottery for picking the winner in the HVAC business repair I just hit the Mega Millions jackpot today. I could not be more satisfied and happy with Empire Heating and Cooling. Bill climbed out of bed and answered our call when we returned home to our furnace blowing cold air. He figured out the problem but didn't have the exact part. He was able to get us heat for the night and returned the next morning with the replacement part in hand to permanently fix the issue. I thought he was reasonably priced and thankful he could jump on the repair.

This man is a life saver !! My AC unit wasn’t working so I gave him a call based off his ratings online and I’m so glad I did. He came out and fixed it for us in less than an hour and his prices were very reasonable. So professional, a really nice man and super knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again and refer him for sure !!
