  Absolutely the best service! I called because my ac stopped working and they had someone out the same day. Unfortunately I needed a new system. They were able to quote and install the the nee system within 2 days of my initial call and help with financing. The install techs were amazing!! They were polite and very quick with the install. I highly recommend Empire Heating & Air Conditioning for all of you hvac needs!!!!

  Empire Heating & Air Conditioning were very helpful over the phone and the dispatcher seemed to know a lot about HVAC repair themselves. They were able to get a tech out within two hours of my call on a weekend. The repair was fortunately nothing too costly and I was up and running quickly. They really came threw for us on a 100º+ day. Awesome experience, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

  First of all they showed up hours after calling on a Saturday night, outstanding! Very professional, friendly, and responsive. Tommy and his team presented me with all my options and helped me decide what was best for my home AC repairs. They didn’t push more expensive repairs and were very friendly. I would highly recommend Empire Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone.
