  On install day, Erwin and Frank came to our house and I could not have asked for a better team to install the new system. They showed up on time, were very courteous, professional and did everything I asked without hesitation. Their workmanship is without a doubt the best out there. Empire Heating & Air Conditioning has a good name because of employees like Erwin and Frank. These gentlemen deserve a raise for the hard work they do!

  Everyone we spoke to was professional and polite. The guys worked tirelessly all day on replacing our old AC unit, thermostat and furnace parts. They cleaned up after, and there was not a trace that they had been there. I recommend them highly, and will use them for all of our HVAC needs.

  I had a Empire Heating & Air Conditioning technician come out to service my heating and cooling unit. I was very impressed with his work. He was very polite and efficient.He spent his time explain to me what he did and answered my questions. He was done at the expected time and his charges were very fair.I would definitely recommend them.
