  Amazing company. Called at 8 pm and they were there by 8 am the following day. Got my old ac running long enough to keep me cool till we could replace the whole 20 year old unit. Very professional and courteous.

  I bought this house and was having ac issues. I called Emperor HVAC and they sent a technician out, younger kid. Told me I needed to replace my system (idk how he could have come up with that since he didn't do anything and he was playing on his phones. He proceeded to tell me that if I paid him cash he could come back and do it after hours without his partner. Told him no thank you, and tried to call in and speak to the boss / partner. They could have cared less. I called another company out and they found nothing wrong. I guess this is the way this company operates, Run away from this company! If I could give no stars I would

  You must have us confused with another company as We keep records of all incoming calls and we have never serviced your AC Unit, we did see that you have written the almost exact negative review against other local AC Companies, unsure of your objective. We do however appreciate all honest reviews as it helps us evolve.

  Fixed my 1984 Winnebago RV AC unit. Was so impressed that this young man jumped right on to the top of this falling apart,at the seams ( literally). With no thought at all or hesitation....had that broken inside AC unit working in no time. Was honest and affordable. He even got back with me before I left with prices and exactly what was going to be needed in the future. As far as what is going to be need to be replaced eventually if used a lot. So glad I found a honest, fair priced, and a company that actually helped me work on the money pit RV.
