  Another company showed up to diagnose our dryer but never came back to actually fix it. We called these people and they scheduled a next day appointment. Derek was sent to repair the dryer and came with all the correct parts in a timely manner. We will use them again!

  Recently got our Built-in Subzero refrigerator fixed by this appliance repair service company. I can only say that I used 3 other appliance services before and non of them was able to fix my Subzero completely. They replaced the compressor but the temperature was fluctuating. When I called Emergency appliance and HVAC repair they were able to send their technician in the same day and he come back next day with a right part that finally fixed the fridge! Subzero refrigerator repair can’t be cheap, I understand that, but these guys didn’t charge me even half of what other services quoted!

  We called a couple days ago regarding our not working dryer and got Danny and Derek today fixed it. They replaced main motor in it so it runs like a new again. We are happy that we don’t have to buy a whole new stackable appliance thing. Good and professional service!
