  Emerald is very responsive on the phone about setting up appointment and any questions about services and Covid protocol. The technician Bobbie is professional and friendly answering any questions you may have. Bobbie is very thorough in his check up and solving the issue. He also is very helpful in giving advice regarding making your system work as best as possible. I can only highly recommend him and Emerald Heat & Air.

  Without heat on a cold day...Bree promptly showed up, thoroughly examined our heating unit, discovered the malfunctioning part, then took the time to investigate to see if that part was still under warrantee with the manufacturer...She was able to save me the replacement cost of the part, and charge me for labor only...Thank you Bree and Emerald Heat & Air for a job well done.
